Privacy.

Three things: your name (which we print on the poster), your birth details (date, time, city — to compute your moon sign), and your email (to send you the poster and, for subscribers, the Letter).

For payments, Stripe collects your card data directly; we never see or store your card number. We see only the metadata Stripe shares with us: payment amount, last four digits, your email, and a Stripe-issued customer id.

We do not run ad-network tracking pixels. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties beyond what is strictly required to deliver the product (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for web hosting). Each of those vendors has their own privacy policy; we've chosen them because their policies are reasonable.

Your birth data is used to compute your moon sign and is stored on your order so we can regenerate your poster on download. Your name and moon sign are on the poster itself. Your email is used for the poster delivery, transactional notes (a brief note before each new-moon Letter), and — only with explicit opt-in — occasional announcements.

We don't profile you based on your moon sign. We don't use your birth data for anything other than calculating the moon's position on your behalf.

We use a small set of first-party cookies to remember your funnel progress between pages. We use Vercel's privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data, no cross-site tracking) to understand which pages are read and which aren't.

You can email us at any time to request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or change what we have on file. Cancellations are self-serve from the link at the bottom of every Letter; if you need help, write to us and a human will reply.
